***** The halls were quiet, as Theodore liked them to be, his footsteps echoing around him with each step he took. His eyes ran over the lockers looking for any little details like scribbles or organised scratches, there were none. Most of the classrooms' lights were off, save for a couple of teachers who had arrived early as well. He did not attempt to go out of his way to greet any of them and just walked by their classes, pretending not to notice the lights. He stopped when he reached the library and the lights were on. Were they cleaning? He had not been in there apart from free periods when he was studying, and even then he never looked around and just went straight to the first open seat he saw.
