Back at the packhouse, the place was pandemonium. Omegas came from every angle, around every corner. As we walked through the door, a couple of younger girls turned and stared at Skye and I as we held hands. Skye noticed this and shrank behind me, shy at their gaze. I took the opportunity to face her, and pulled her into a deep, passionate kiss. It was our very first, and the sparks flew across my body. I felt as though I was being set alight, and Skye's hands on the back of my neck told me that she also felt it too.
When I finally put her down, I felt a small wobble from her tiny legs. I chuckled. I swept her dark hair away from her eyes, marvelling at her beautiful long eyelashes. Her eyes opened, and I stared deep into her dark blue eyes.
