New prophecy

As we finished the meeting, I asked them to use teleportation to get to their rooms. After they received an urgent call from my father, King Walter, they and I all rushed to the assembly where the prophecy stone was in the center of the square before the castle. Aron was hot on my heels. Everyone and the civilians were gathered. I looked around and saw many faces with dread. When they saw Aron behind me, everyone started murmuring. I held Aron's hand, which instantly set tingles down all over my body.

"Calm down everyone, we will find the reason behind this phenomenon, and find the culprit. Punish them accordingly," my father declared.

"It is all because of that monster!" came the remark from the crowd.

"We beg you, your highness, REJECT him!!! For the sake of your people and future generations!" they exclaimed.

"I assure you, it is not because of him! Let's find out the truth behind this, instead of coming to conclusions," I said loud and clear.

From nowhere, Alex emerged and grabbed my hand, yanking me to him, "Don't be naive, Princess", he said, earning a loud growl from Aron. He grabbed Alex's hand in a vice-like grip and growled.

"Hands off," he snarled. "I won't be nice enough!"

While the men glared at each other, I managed to escape from their clutches and signaled Catherine and Aurora.

They and Steve started using their powers, not losing the moment, their eyes shone and a gust of wind swirled around the square.
