Larissa's POV.
Rays of the morning sun poured through the windows as I kicked away the sheets and jerked out of the massive bed.
Where am I?
I glanced about the room and gasped, as the answer to my question dawned on me– this was Alpha Thane's room. Sh*t!
Barefooted, I darted for the door, halting in my tracks to shut the door after me. The hallway is empty, and I dash for the stairs.
In no time, I'm in my room staring Jake in the eye. “How– what happened? How am I waking up in your brother's room?” I panted as I asked. He was sitting at the foot of the bed, upon seeing me, stood up.
“You were asleep on the floor,” he said. My gaze was still questioning, and he added, “It was Thane, he took you to his room.”
“W-why?” I stammered, gulped and gnashed. “I didn't ask him to,” I said.
