Dusk approached and I couldn't be happier. Both Zac and myself are excited for tonight, the night we shall finally mark our mate.
The setting sun outside was beautiful. Its golden rays penetrated through the windows of my office as I stared at the courtyard below.
A knock on the door had me tilting behind me and it was Randolph. ”My Lord?”
“Any sign of Jake?” I asked him.
