Chapter 1: Encounter

Hey Reign Smith, what are you doing? I saw you staring in the sky for more than five minutes girl. Is that a day dream? Gosh Bo tigil tigilan mo nga yan.

I heard my friend whispering in my ear. At ngumiti ng mapang-asar.

She is my one and only best friend in this university. We attend some other class together and been my buddy since birth. My mom and her mom is also best friend during their younger days to presents. Kaya naman nagkalapit talaga kami. Vienna is my clingy friend and very caring one. We call each other bo which it means boyfriend but we are not that. We just find it cute to call each other that way.

Hey Bo! Just wandering. I said with the sweetest smile in my face and hold her hand. Let’s go now bo. We will be late in our class. I just find the skies are so bright today. It really invites a positive energy to me. You know I really love to look up and watch the skies. And then I grab her hand and run going inside the building.

Whatever, she just said.

We arrive in the class room and we are very lucky that the Professor is not yet in the room. So we take our sit hastily and prepare the things we needed for that subject.

The Professor arrive in exact time of the class. The discussion in the class ended smoothly as a Professor is very kind and very knowledgeable.

Vienna immediately grab my hand when the professor already leave the room. Vienna just sitting beside me.

Bo, can you accompany me in the campus sports court. Daniel told me to watch his game today. You know I need to be a supportive girlfriend. Vienna said with so much happiness in her eyes.

There we go again bo. You know that Daniel is so lucky to have you. A girl that always be there for him in any ways. You are always a supportive girlfriend ever bo. I kinda feel an ant always following you guys due to the sweetness that surround you guys. I teased her.

Stop teasing me Bo. She said. Let’s go there now. His waiting for me now to cheer him. I am his inspiration, you know. Then she wink as if Daniel is with us.

Okay okay. Let’s go. Maybe your prince charming is looking for you right now. And you know your boyfriend is one of those good looking in this university so you need to guard him, so no one can snatch him from you. Then I give her my wink also.

Whatever Bo. You know Daniel only sees me. I doubt he will let other girls near him. I trust her bo. Let’s go now. She said.

Then we hastily leave the room to go to the campus sports court.

When we are on our way I remember that I left my notes in the table so I decided to return to get my notes in an instant. Bo I will just follow you in there. Will just get my notes. I left it. Don’t worry I will be there in just a minute.

Then I run downstairs but to my negligence my foot slip and I know I will fall. I just close my eyes to wait what will happen next. But to my surprise. Someone catch me from falling. Embracing me. My eyes is close and I feel so nervous then I hear a group of people teasing. Saying owsss. That’s a sweet hug bro. Is she an angel falling to your arms. How lucky an angel is she to fall in your arms. Then it followed by laughters. That’s the time I open my eyes and to my surprise I saw a very masculine chest and his scent is very inviting. I forgot what happened and just focusing in his chest and his scent. Suddenly I hear a whisper in my ear. Lady are you okay? He said in a calm voice.

It take me sometime to regain my senses. Then i look up.

Thank you. That’s the only word that comes from my mouth when i look at him and I am amazed with his eyes. His a perfect creation. Each parts of his face complement with each other. It’s not my first time to see a handsome man but he surpassed all the handsome man I saw in my entire life. Indeed he is a perfect creation.

Again, thank you and I am very sorry. I’ll better go. Saying those words while staring at his seductive eyes.

Okay. He said in a sexiest way.

Oh! Instantly he remove his arms around me.

Thank you again. Then I get my things that drop on the floor as fast as I could and run going to the direction of the class room. When I am already inside the room I can feel that my heart is beating so fast.

Gosh, what is happening to me. Is it a love at first sight? He is so handsome. I can stay in his arms all day without minding anything. His embrace is so warm that you will forget anything. I wish I can see him again.

Awss… Oh no! what am I thinking, I need to return to the sports court. Maybe Vienna is waiting too long.

I get my notes on the table and put it inside my bag so I can go where is Vienna right now.

I arrive in the sports court at the right time. Still the game is not yet started. The surrounding is so loud and there are lots of students inside. Most of them are keep on shouting the names and they pose as if they saw their ultimate crush.

Oh! This is the reason why I avoided to be in the same crowd with such a girls whose so vocal with their adoration. My ears cannot tolerate their loud voices. But I need to be here to support my friend and her boyfriend which is also a friend of mine.

To sum up i am always a third wheel in their relationship. And they loved it. And so do I.
