I am not certain how to express how his words are making me feel, but it's all exceedingly overwhelming. I presumed that he did not know the term "sorry." Did that really come from him? But how can I doubt it if I read every syllable from his lips? He peels his eyes while I am battling in disbelief. "I am sorry for how I behaved towards you in my office," he says, looking at anything on my face except my eyes. Is he really this remorseful?
