She was walking through the back allies of town heading to the other side of the woods towards the open ocean to collect some much needed ingredients.
She had put it off for as long as she could. She hated cutting through town, but it was the easiest way, so she grabbed her trusty sled and started out on her journey.
Traveling by foot in the heavy snow took her four days. If she had a car it would probably take her a day, but she didn't focus on that, and simply marched on.
