Richard's POV
Emmanuel arrived at the Williams Group building at 9:47 in the morning with two colleagues and a court authorization that Nadine Park's lawyers could not contest.
Richard handed him the document the moment he walked in.
Emmanuel read it in the elevator on the way up. By the time they reached Nadine's floor, he had gone through it twice and made four marks in the margin with his pen.
Nadine was still in her office.
Two of Emmanuel's colleagues remained with her while Emmanuel pulled Richard into a side meeting room.
He put the document on the table and pointed.
"The notary firm," he said. "Whitfield and Associates. I confirmed while driving over. They dissolved their registration fifteen months before this date."
