“Chan! I’ll walk you home!” Before I walked out of their front door, Lindsay ran after me and held my arm. She pulled me closer to her. I tried to observe her expression closely. She was pouting her lips. She actually looked guilty about something, and I thought I knew exactly what it was. In fact, it wasn’t something she should feel remorseful of. I stopped from walking and asked her, “Are you sure?” She nodded with a smile. “You would always walk me off whenever I came from your house. Of course, I’d do the same!” Lindsay sounded energetic and lively which put a smile on my face. “Okay, then,” I told her and clung back to her arm too. Once I had decided, we started walking on the way to my house. Even under the cold, we went on a slow-paced as I knew Lindsay had something to say.
