“One moment he whispers.” The next moment he exhales he needs to teach Elven the lesson even if it's with his dying breath but how on earth would he do that without killing Elven or getting them to track him? Ryo. The answer was Ryo. Surely it had to be if he could blitz them just enough he might be able to escape and get Elven to the village of silver. The one place that he knew nearby at least with defensive technology. Even if it was a bit old. This presented a solution but only partly if he got past them. They’d chase for sure. So how to stop them? Diversion tactics? The problem with the situation was that it was so specific to resulting in death. These maidens were enriched by war knowledge and were adept at learning people's traits. Their patterns, mindsets, and food they ate. The only reason you saw them is that they wanted you to understand. you had less than a day to live. That being the case was terrifying. They ran a tight ship in white robes and black masks with the blood of the innocent on their blade. The blood of an innocent. They hunted assassins but the Soul was his uncle. If the Elven was close enough they would kill him too. This presented the problem of how long they were watching. Soul had to think desperately while running. what had he seen? When was the first flicker? The pink flicker, Soul was out of practice, this was bad. Although he was running, his mind snapped to the first time he saw Ryo. They were pink. His is gold. Why were they pink? Was she hunting him that long? Was he not even the target? Was this a game to her? Was he a pawn to be moved? Was he suddenly in check? One move power play and something so drastic only diversion will work. He needs Ryo to run. To run as fast as he can so that Elven can live another day. Wait, I saw purple that’s not pink though could it be their leader? No not even I am that special their leader is so organized and so to the point she would never hunt for days. Each of them seems happy by their kill but who knows maybe the leader just does what’s needed. Soul was determined he had to die for Elven to survive. He called. “Ryo!.” (Hidden Language) Ryo came running the wind from his speed pushing his dark grey fur down. His paws thundered on the ground as he ran ears pushed back flat to the top of his head. The wolf’s tongue flopped out of his mouth as he ran but his stamina was good and he was nowhere near out of breath. He had heard his master's voice and instruction he picked up Elven. Soul placed his hands on Elven and began to cry. Elven had to know the severity of the trauma that he would endure after. He had to help Elven being in pain now would allow Elven to feel to get through his emotions. Soul said in a tongue so confusing Elven almost didn’t hear him. “You have a brother and sister and one day you’ll meet them. Your blade is special, you will know when you feel it. Don’t fight emotion Elven you can never win. I need to die for you to survive. You need to go to Silverback Forest and train with Josh. There he’ll teach you several tricks I can’t.” Some arrows whip by. One misses. The second hit the tree. The third pierces the soul. “Go Ryo. go there’s no time.” Soul turns around he could limp but nothing else five against one. Wait two blades whizzed by his head. Blades that hit nothing and floated nearby. Moving when the much bigger enemies made them. These guys were some serious muscles with skill. Even under the white robes, their physique could be seen making the robes tight, unlike the others. Why would they throw their blades? This doesn’t make sense. Two tear drop-shaped shields appeared. out of nowhere. Then he saw it. The two blades weren't thrown; they were on a chain with a person attached to each. They now had him cornered. There's nothing he can do. There are two behind him and two increasing their range with the shields in a defensive position. They stabbed the point at the bottom of the teardrop-shaped shield into the ground and crouched down behind them. Then the arrow. The arrow that ended his life. He saw it too late. It wasn’t from the bleeding hearts. These five weren’t skilled enough to hide their presence and shoot perfectly as he was moving and of course, as their signature admitted. Or always concluded that it was a hit. He tore his artery wall in an instant. The moment he hit the ground he knew blood was in him not in his veins or in his vital organs. In his skin, all he could taste was the metallic blood. Yeah. He was right they poison their blades. What are they doing? Each of the five came to his side. One of them had something. A mask. A porcelain mask. What did they plan with that? Wait no I don't want that type of death. It was too late. They had already applied the tar to the mask. The porcelain mask was going to stay forever. Ryo was actually hit by the arrow incident and Elven had seen it all. His eyes were focused. Each mile he passed he still could see that he was crying so hard. He swore he was crying blood. Ryo collapsed. They were near the lake. Elven decided to try to get to the well but suddenly he saw five women arriving fast to his area. He had one second to choose whether he lived or died. He dove around and pulled as hard as he could on Ryo. A second later and he would have died. As an arrow whizzed by his head. he found the water to keep him down the current must have had him he had arrived at the mystical cavern first thing he saw was purple. Elven's Mind . It must have been somewhere deeper then he had though he swam under the water for a while, Suddenly he felt pulled in by the current. It must have been 10 seconds of screaming trying to hold his composure so he didn't drown “damn this is the second time today, this is not my day” though Elven slowly going dark. he started to feel the air in his his lungs felt light. opening his eyes he found himself thrown onto an unfamiliar sandy beach. “Where am I? did I die? No, I still feel the pain in my lungs matter of fact” Elven Heaved his guts “oh god I'm so damn hungry now I must have swallowed… salt water? But the lake isn't salt water? shocked Elven finally looked around and what he saw was truly beautiful and horrifying. Black jagged rock solid gray mushrooms, blue glints all over which must have been materials or something but he saw continued looking and noticed big dark blue crabs and blue lilies over the water. To top it all off there was a forged bench with crude weapons and utility tools maybe bronze by the look of them Elven honestly had no idea, Wait…… the materials moved,Elven froze where those snakes… “I gotta jump in the water, snakes hate water” ELven snapped back to his senses and turned to the water “where am I?” thought Elven again as hejumped right back into the water with a long dive and turned himself to look at the snakes. Beening back to his senses Elvene noticed somthing.. no those weren’tsnakes, the Snakes of the forest were either hostile or hiding and these were neither but whatever they were they were not attacking him. Elven started towards them and looked at them closely. Most of them were sky blue but actually one of them was a deep galaxy blue like the night sky. Elven reach out and a dragon-like animal crawls on his arm. The smoke must go somewhere so let's look up ok Elven needed to get up hmm seems like Elven just needed to climb out oh what's this? The strength required is 40. Do not climb up unless you have 40 strength or you'll most likely fall to your death. What's my strength? It's 2 oh god I have to manage to get my damn strength up 38 levels to climb there's 0 way I can do that. Wait, what did dad say? Think about your obstacle; most paths are often not direct. Ok so there's up and that's all I see. Oh wait, Elven could go up this galaxy blue rock. It seems to go up the entire way well except for 2 feet. Elven must be able to climb that. This is only 70 ft up. Elven started walking on this Blue path. Elven was more than halfway up this is going ok. Oh crap, this path is moving. Elven immediately started running as fast as he could as this path whips its tail out from under me. Elven jumps as far as Elven can to land on the rocks. Ouch, that hurt. Elven look down, ok great I'm up at least 50 ft. His arms started to hurt or hurt from the impact. Elven needed to climb up. He climbed the remaining 20ft fairly easily. As Elven takes his last climbing steps Elven could see a sign that says You need 40 strength for the dragon wall clap that happens halfway up this lair, the blue dragon cavern that's what I've named this place. Wayne. Elven put his leg over the well and could feel a hand or two on his leg pulling him up… A smiling face looms over Elven. Of course, she's there when I need her to. Wait. What am I seeing? I know the sun is in my face but I'm sure is that Mom? Elven takes a final breath and lets the air rush out of his lungs as his head hits the ground. Footsteps gracefully walk away from him as he closes his eyes...
