JOSEPH

Joseph is ceo of an multi-national company...he had his branches in different parts of the world...he is an example for younger generations and an dream boy of every girl...an eligible bachelor...he is an workholic...he won't believe anyone easily but once he believes them or loves them he will be very attentive towards them...he makes time for them at any cost how much busy he is...

"sir" his assistant Ralph calls him when is going through some documents... Ralph is his assistant from the day he took his father's small company...he is one among the few persons who Joseph beleives and close to him...Ralph had seen Joseph from the first and how hard he worked and how many hardships he had faced from establishing this small company to turn into a number one position and to make into a multi-national company...

"yes" Joseph replied to him without lifting his head

"I think it's better to hire a personnel secretary for u"

"why?? are you not able to do my work??"

"n...nothing like that sir"

"sometimes was moving in and out of company for some works....it may take time for me to return....so I thought if u had secretary who can stay with u during the work I can easily concentrate on my work outside...and everyone knows you are a work-holic and sometimes u forget to have food also...so if secretary is available she can take care of all those things"

"she?? do u mean a women?? you think girls can withstand the pressure being my secretary?"

"yes sir...there are girls who works hard for their career...they can withstand it may take a little time for them to adjust but if we hire a perfect one surely they will withstand...let's take a try if you are satisfied we can continue or we will change them to men"

"ok...do as u say...and one more thing will personally interview them..we can pay good amount but they must be capable"

"yes sir...am going to release a notification after 1 week"

"1 week?? why that much time??" Ralph knows Joseph is a type who never postone work.. whatever he says or thinks must be done immediately..

"yes sir...I heard that this year exams are going to conduct from next week and by next week they will be looking forward for their careers..so I thought it's the best time"

Joseph doesn't require experience he just needs the person to be capable and responsible...so Ralph thought it's easy to train a newcomer other than experience one

" ok...once u get the resumes filter it thoroughly and send the best ones to me" David knows whatever Ralph do he thinks alot so in general David never say no to him..and in office only he treat him as employee but out of office he is like a younger brother to him...
