Taylors POV
“What I want to know is why my child is in the hospital without me being made aware? I had to find out from an officer that was here for a completely different reason and saw her name in the system.” he has a mask of caring and concern on his face but I'm no fool. I know he's only doing this for his own personal gain.
“Who hurt her? Taylor, what happened?” he asked and I was too shocked to answer. The nurse switches her gaze from my dad to me.
“Sir, her chart says she's here for assault. It doesn't list who the perpetrator is. It's not good for her to get riled up sir. We can talk about this in the hallway if you'd like?”
My dad scoffs. “As if. Why would I let her stay at a hospital that didn't call her own father to let him know? I'm taking her out of here.”
