“When is the pack vote going to be held?” Everett asks without looking up from his book. We have returned home, and he is sitting on the couch.
“In two days,” Caden replies. “So Jennika’s party will take place the day before that. It’s perfect since I can try to score votes by mingling with people.”
Xander snorts while making pizza dough on the kitchen island further away from us. “You already have the votes of the young werewolves, dude. What you need is the votes from the older generation.”
“You’re right...” Caden sighs and paces the living room. I watch him scratch his chin from my place on the armchair. “Do you have any suggestion on how to make the older werewolves vote for me?”
Xander and Everett shake their heads, and I hesitantly reach up my hand.
