After we are done watching the film, we both lie down on the couch and get comfortable. I close my eyes and try to sleep. But before I can drift off to sleep, I hear something outside. I open my eyes and look out the window. There's a man standing by the front door. "What's going on?" I ask. "I don't know," he responds. "But he looks pretty dangerous." "Who is he?" I ask. "I don't know," he says. "I think that he might be a vampire." "Vampire?" I gasp. "Where is he now?" "He's gone," he says. "I think that he left." "Thank goodness," I sigh. "Well," he says. "I think that it's time for us to leave." "What do you mean?" I ask. "We don't have anywhere to go." "I know," he says. "And I'm not leaving you alone here." "I'm okay," I assure him. "He can't hurt me." "I know," he says.
