Alex's POV

it has been 10 minutes snice we have been up here and we know that they will be looking for us soon if they haven't already we are sitting in the dark and quiet I mean we could talk because of the sound prof walls but they are probably trying to focuses in on any noise so we chose to stay quiet I guess if we really wanted talk we could just use the twin telepathy but we don't we are to busy trying to listen for them are mom probably casted a spell to make it so we cant here them which is not fun 

"Do you here them" I asked through twin telepathy 

"No do you" Zack asked me through twin telepathy 

"yes Zack I here them I just wanted to know if you here them" I said sarcastically through twin telepathy he looked at me and gave me the best death glary you could get when you are in a pitch black area 

"so no Zack I don't here them" I said in twin telepathy 

"ok thank you I like that answer better then the first one I cant have my little sister hear better then me" Zack said through twin telepathy and started to laugh in it also well me on the other hand I just rolled my eyes at him he can be really annoying at times.

it has been another 10 minutes and they ate going to be finding us soon and if they don't find us in the next 20 minutes then something is really wrong and we will have to be worried. How we know that we will have to be worried is because it has never taken them over a hour to find us it has only ever taken then 45 minutes max I am just going to stop thinking when they are going to find us with that I started to think about different things. Ok I am supper excited about a couple things about turning 17 number 1 I get to find my mate and know who they are which is supper exciting like what will the sparks feel like? what will they smell like? Are they part of the supernatural world and if they are what are they? will he be ok with wat I am or will he be afraid of me? Will he just us me for my powers and what I am? but the last are not so exciting those are the scary things the 2nd thing I am supper excited about is that I will finally be able to talk to my wolf ok I can turn into my wolf form but now that I am 17 I can actually talk to my wolf and my wolf will be able to help me with things that I need help with but wont actually ask for help with but then she can help me with it if that makes since. the 33rd thing I am really excited about is that my mom said that we will be able to started to practice are magic and spells and start to train are vampire side which I cant wait to learn and out of no where something grabs my shoulders and mouth so I cant scream and pulls me back into them when I hit them I breathed in and realized it is just my dad so I realsc 

"ack get up and get out of here dad got me save your self" I told Zack through twin telepathy 

"Thank you I will find a way to get you back" Zack said to me through twin telepathy 

"Go to one of your friends house or the school they wont expect you to go there" I said through twin telepathy 

and Zack got up and ran but ran straight into something and I knew at that moment he go caught and there was no way of getting out now. Mom said something and the lights came on dad moved his hand away from my mouth 

"How did Zack find out we were in here" dad said to mom 

"Alex did you tell him" mom said to me and everyone looked at me 

"Why do you think it was me that said you guys were in here and all I knew was that dad was in here so ha" I said to them 

"Alex we think you told because you were the only one that knew we were in here or you knew one of us were in here for sure" Dad said to me I just scuffed 

"yeah what ever I told him what a big deal" I said 

"yes that is a big deal I thought you knew when I put a hand over your mouth not to say anything" Dad said 

"well obviously not" I mumbled but I new they heard me 

"what was that" dad said to me but I knew he knew what I said and didn't need me to repeat it so I didn't say anything 

"Can you not do anything crazy again this year I just want a normal birthday" me and Zack said at the same time 

both mom and dad stopped in there tracks and stared at us wide eyed and mouths wide open 

"What" we both said at the same time again and it is getting annoying 

"Can you stop copying" we said at the same time again 

"will you just stop" we said again are parents still standing there looking at us the same way I think they are still in shock by what we said before about wanting a normal birthday 

"ZACHARY WILL YOU STOP COYPING ME" "ALEXANDRAI WILL YOU STOP COYPING ME" we both said simultaneously and with that we both stopped talking and we were about to continue to walk but then stopped and looked at are parents

"Are you ok" I asked and luckily Zack didn't say anything 

"you seriously don't want us to do anything like we normally do we thought you love s doing that" Dad said really sadly 

"I mean I guess when we were younger yeah but not anymore we are to old for that that's why we hid on our birthday" Zack said this time 

Oh is all they said and started to walk down the stairs sadly and that's why I didn't want to tell them I knew they would have been really sad and down once they found out so I never planed on telling them.
