Chapter 23
Xavier's POV Everything was going great with me and Alex then we went to her dad's office and that is when s**t got real and real fast. We did not expect them to know that we are mates and most definitely know that they took apart of us I was so lucky that Alex was next to me because I was not happy one bit he and her parents got in an argument and Alex's emotions were there then the next second they are gone like they just vanished. When she was talking like that it was not fun it is like listening to someone you care about telling you that they want to die it is painful and anyone could see the hurt in her parents eyes but if you looked at Alex at this very moment there is nothing she never has just nothing there is always something there no matter what and that is the scary thing.
