Abby didn’t tell Jonathan that she suspected she was pregnant yet. She thought it was best to confirm it with the doctor. Abby waited until the doctor came back out to the farm to check up on Margaret for her four month check up. The doctor would be coming out the next week or so, Abby didn’t have that long to wait.

Jonathan was headed out to check on the fences when some one got his attention.
“Jon, we got a problem.” Henry was walking up to him with his horse.
“What is it?” He asked, and Henry shook his head.
“Best grab your brothers, and come with me,” Henry said and Jonathan nodded. He knew it was serious. Quickly he gathered his brothers, and their horses. They saddled up and followed Henry. Henry led them to the back forty.
