I had planned on greeting Neo before the event ended, but I couldn't find him anymore.
I saw the way he looked at me when Ronan announced me as his Luna and also the piercing gaze of Tasha.
I wondered every day what exactly I did to Tasha that made her betray me this way. But I couldn't place my hands on anything.
I have never felt honored the way I felt when Ronan said I was his Luna. The joy that filled my heart and the way people all starred at me like I was some demi-god.
I was graced by all other Lunas. Some presented me with different gift items and others wanted to take pictures with me. I loved the attention.
I have never been honored like that in my pack. Everyone knows me to be the wolfless Iris who had just her mother and a single friend.
