So, we can pay everything we have to pay as long as Clark wakes up, and is safe." He patted my arm. "Let's just pray. He'll wake up." I returned the smile. I still can't believe that Cynthia, who is often the cause of my pain, is now the one who encourages me. I drove him to the hospital lobby. When it left, I remembered my phone.
