That morning was different. It was Ditiya last day in her office and last night in Chicago. She got up from the bed, feeling heavy. There was a pain in her heart, the pain of parting. She loved her job. It gave her new opportunity and also a bunch of wonderful friends. She loved them all and was indebted to them, for their unconditional love and support. But above all, she loved Chicago. A city, which gave her the chance to share a part of her life with Dhruv. It was nearly impossible for her to imagine a life in a different space. But unfortunately, the good times were about to be over. She was about to move where there would be nobody to make her heart bit little faster. Memories gushed at her and tears oozed out.
