"Jordan..." Allison lets in relief as she comes face to face with her Beta, eyeing him from head to toe and seeing that he is bleeding from the side of his head and parts of his clothes are torn, but overall he looks okay...
"Heads up!" Jordan rushes out before he shoves Allison out of the way, just another Vampire rushes towards them. Jordan wastes no time and drives his hand deep into the Vampire's chest, giving it no time to react before he abruptly retracts his hand from its chest, holding a beating heart just as the Vampire falls limp to the ground.
Once it is dead, Jordan turns back to his Alpha and takes in a deep sigh of relief, finally comprehending that she is really here...
