I Walked back up and got to the kitchen . So far so good . I was careful so that none of Damien's people would see me . I stopped and hid where I had to but they weren't that many in the estate right now.
The kitchen was almost empty. The only ones in there were two chefs whom I knew worked for the Royals . They turned their backs toward me as I came in and I started rummaging the fridge . There were lots of fresh meats in there and some bags of jerky in the pantry. I grabbed anything with protein and some bread as well . I grabbed as much as I could carry but one of the chefs came up and patted my shoulder. She held out a big plastic bag and I stuffed all the meats inside of it .
I thanked the chef who seemed relieved at what was happening . Everyone here wanted things to g
