Chapter 3May 15th Mother’s Day came and Justin was attempting to recover from their biggest day of the year. He was dead on his feet when he hit the bar at ten-thirty that night. Rafe had his drink in front of him as soon as he sat down. Justin had mellowed over the past month. When he saw that no one at the bar judged him, he began to relax. “What’s on special tonight?” Justin asked Rafe as he put down his drink. “There weren’t many customers today because of Mother’s Day. We made a roast prime rib though for those who didn’t have a mother or wife to take out.
