Quinn's POV
Landon and I walked together through the pack house and towards our apartment. Talking to all those families made me want some time just for him and me to decompress. I also felt like since I went to the Rogue King, I had been in a heightened state of anxiety. I just wanted an hour or two, and then I knew we needed to start making funeral arrangements and getting in touch with Elder Arthur. I also wondered how Brie and Ryan were making out in their conversation. They needed some time alone, but she and I needed to talk about her returning to work or moving here. There was a lot to figure out. She and I also needed to call Tanner because, at this point, he probably assumed we were both dead. As Landon pushed the door to our apartment open, hands went under me, scooping me up. L
