Landon's POV Quinn walked out the door, and Ezra was irritated that I let her talk me out of having Alannah follow her into the city today. He didn't want her to leave, and neither did I, but I couldn't keep her glued to my side forever. "Not forever, just until the Rogue King is killed," he told me. "Quinn's right. He won't go after her in the middle of the city during the day. He's part vampire, after all," I reminded him. "She's going to be fine in the bright and sunny city.
