Landon's POV
I got up from my chair behind my desk after getting off the phone with Alpha Hector. Everyone else followed me, anxious to talk with Rob. Ezra hadn't stopped growling since the Rogue King had first entered the ballroom. I think we were able to be so calm about all of this because of Quinn. Even if she and Alora were just as angry as I was, her presence calmed me down and helped me think logically. Where I used to only think about the kill, I now thought about a rational discussion with him, as rational as I could make it.
"Once we talk with Rob, we should make a trip to the hospital and check on Anneliese," I told everyone as we entered the elevator.
