Quinn's POV Ezra launched himself at Haldor, but with an annoyed look and the flick of his hand, Ezra's large black furry form went flying through the air, off the stage and crashed into a tree. I gasped, the impact so loud that you could hear the thud over the whipping wind. He didn't move for a second, which worried me, but I didn't feel any pain through our bond, so I knew he wasn't dead. I didn't have time to worry about it too much or mind link him because my attention went back to Haldor, who was looking at me with murder in his eyes.
