Landon's POV
Flying out of the pack house and into the cold snow, Quinn and I ran side by side to Simon’s house. This wasn’t the first time this had happened in our pack, and it brought back memories of when my dad killed himself after losing my mom, but I had been the one to find him that time. We were kicking up snow and leaving large tracks with each hurried step we took. I knew Leo and Evelyn weren’t far behind us, having woken them up out of a dead sleep. I did not want to add one more to our funeral list for tonight, but saving a werewolf from the heartbreak of losing their mate was nearly impossible.
