Quinn's POV
Landon and I were in the closet getting changed. I hadn't brought many workout clothes because I didn't own that many. Working out was only something I did now and again because of my busy work schedule, and the last thing I wanted to do on my days off was run around or lift anything heavy. I also braided my hair to keep it out of my face while Landon tied his back.
"What exactly happens during training?" I asked as I laced up my shoes. Landon was putting on sneakers, too, and it was a shock to learn he owned anything besides large boots.
"It depends on their level, but we try to work on combat skills like sparring and hand-to-hand fighting. Our wolves also train because they do a lot of the work for us, but I think it's important the people know how to fight just as hard,
