Nina POV
I stood under the warm shower head, letting the water cascade down my skin. I stretched out my hand and reached for the soap and began to scrub my skin vigorously, as if trying to erase the memories of his disgusting self on me, his touch, and his heavy threats.
I don't want Ryder detecting any more of his smell. The fact that I smelt like him earlier, churns my stomach.
I scrubbed more harder, the soak stinging my skin as I tried to wash away the remaining linger of his scent on me. Once I was done, I kept back the soap on the soap dish and switched on the tap back, allowing the water to flow. And wash away the soap and dirt off my body.
I stood under the tap, feeling the warmth of the water on me.
