Bryony slept better than she anticipated. Having someone in bed with her seemed to help. She wasn’t tossing herself around, trying to get comfortable. With Georgia holding her as she drifted off into a deep slumber, Bryony didn’t feel the need to do anything but feel the other woman’s arms around her, soothing her to sleep.
When her alarm went off the next morning, Bryony was reluctant to get up. She was warm and comfortable, Georgia spooning up behind her.
