Chapter 5
Bryony managed to get in and out of Thomas Nelson’s store with the dress. The fitting she had done in the store had been atrocious. Thomas hadn’t been there, but his assistant had been. She helped Bryony into the dress to try it on and it was rather loose. That didn’t bode well; Bryony had been told it would be made to measure and she would have a dress that was bang-on perfect.
But she didn’t. The dress wasn’t right, and it was saggy about the chest. If Bryony didn’t put something on underneath it could fall down if she so much as sneezed.
Justin was not going to like this at all.
