After Higgins was practically expelled from the meeting room, Denner continued speaking and conducting the meeting, item by item as if nothing had happened.
He punched the man in the face without caring about the consequences, and he did it to defend me. At least that's what I blindly wanted to believe.
There he was showing everyone that he was the top authority within the company and the Thompson group.
No one else dared to speak up or contradict him.
So, the meeting continued until the end, without further incidents.
