Darius turned sharply toward Marcus. “Pull every bunker route assignment, patrol map, and council access log from the last six months. Lock down Brecken’s office. No one enters without my command.”
Marcus bowed. “Yes, Alpha.”
“And Marcus?”

“Find out who signed off on route three maintenance.”
“I already requested the file,” I said.
Darius looked at me.
I lifted one shoulder, then regretted it immediately when pain tore down my arm.
