It’s been a month when the incident happens. Me and Xam is still friends, she visits me here in the new house. Sir and me go at the same time in the school, he has his own car so I don’t think to take a bus. When I was in the middle of doing my assignment, I heard a loud voice in the first floor that makes me curious who is that b***h? I slowly open my door and move out I was in the stairs when I see a b***h and Sir. They are kissing like there is no other person in the house. Because I’m a b***h to I just stare at them, it took me how many minutes waiting for them to finished kissing. I think they feel me that makes them stop on doing things. ‘Hey, how long are you been there?’ Sir. ‘Let’s start with the loud voice and the kissing part.’ Me. Sir look at me with the fear eye again. ‘Hey, don’t make me report this to Chief, so where is my ice cream?’ Me. ‘It’s in the car, Baby.’ Sir. ‘Okay, I’ll get it then.’ I run down and walk at the center saying, ‘Excuse me, the princess will pass by.’ Me. The b***h is rolling her eyes when I did that. I laugh like a b***h when I was in the car. I open it and there the Ice Cream. I got it then, return in the house. When I open the door, the b***h is hugging Sir that makes my eyes annoy. I have a plan I will go and sit on the lap of Sir to annoy the b***h. I walk like I don’t see the b***h and sit on the lap of Sir. ‘Yes, baby what can I do for you?’ Sir. ‘Open this for me.’ Me. I give the ice cream and he open it for me. I look at the b***h, ‘Are you his girlfriend?’ me. ‘Yes, I’m his girlfriend so be nice to me little girl.’ b***h. ‘What is your name and how old are you?’ me. ‘I’m Genny Sebastian, 25 years old.’ ‘Oh, so you’re into an old lady.’ Me saying to the person who is preparing my ice cream. He smiles at me, but this Genny is so angry with the face that she looks. ‘Don’t be angry with me Genny, I’m just telling the truth.’ Me. Genny gives me a fake smile. So, I give her a smirk. I stand up and walk towards my room. ‘Have a nice day, Brother.’ Me.

I leave them there and I have to finish my assignment while eating my ice cream. I did not notice that I am done with it. I look at the clock and its already lunch so it takes me 2 hours on answering my assignments. I went to the dinning room to see if there is a food. I look around and I don’t see brother and Genny. ‘Sky Lay Huang, are still home?’ me shouting in the dinning room. No one answered me so I think his not here. I open the refrigerator and took some egg. I go to the table and prepare it to cook. I was about to cook when someone grab it on my hands. I look at the person and it was Sir. ‘I thought you’re not here so I am going to cook for myself.’ Me. ‘What did you call me earlier?’ Sir. ‘I didn’t call you?’ me. ‘Your voice is so loud and clear?’ Sir. ‘Where is Genny?’ I tried to change the topic. ‘She went home.’ Sir. ‘Okay.’ Me. He cooked the egg and we eat for our lunch. ‘Can I watch the cd that you place over there?’ me. ‘Sure.’ Sir. I went to the living room and watch the cd. When I played It was so different to what I watch. It was his childhood. I admire this family they have this kind of memories. I do not know if I have like this. It is thirty minutes to watch, so I finished it. He looks like his mom. Chief wife is so Beautiful. I was in the middle of watching when Lay join me in the living room. ‘Your cute when you are a baby, but now look at you? you’re already a grownup man.’ Me. ‘Hey, is there another woman in your body? Why you talk like you’re a grownup lady?’ Sir. I slap his muscle and say ‘Poor you!’ and I focus on watching. We finish watching his childhood and it is already two in the evening. ‘do you want to go to mall?’ Sir. ‘Sure.’ Me. ‘You get ready then.’ Sir. I prepare myself and I am wearing a black jeans and plane white shirt with a pair of snickers. I take my pack bag and go to living room and Sir is there waiting on me. ‘Let’s go.’ Sir. He carried me and we went to parking lot. We get inside the car and drive to mall. The mall that we are going is my mom’s own. We arrive there at three pm. We went to kid’s wear section to choose some clothing. I choose something stylish that can make me cool. After choosing my clothes, Sir ask me to choose some dress for my birthday party. I didn’t think that he will remember my birthday it will be on the last day of month. ‘I want the blue one.’ I answered. He told the sales lady to get it for me. I went to the dressing room to try it and it so nice I look a princess. I went outside and Sir approve it, so we take it. We went to the kid’s sandal wear section. I choose the sandal with the blue color to be paired with the blue gown. I really like blue colors. After we choose sandal, I went to choose some snickers I bought four pairs because I want to give another pair to my friend Xam. Sir, take all the things that we bought and we went to the cashier to pay it even we own it I need to pay I don’t want this mall to be bank crap. After we payed it we go to the food section, I am hungry now. When we enter the food section unexpectedly, I saw Genny. ‘Did you call Genny?’ I asked sir. ‘No.’ We are about to go to her table when a guy came out of nowhere and kiss her in her lips. I look at my brother. He was on fire. He was about to go but I hold his hands. ‘Let me take care of it, bro.’ me. I pulled bro in the other table and said, watch and learn. I got some water and walk to where Genny is. I faked my fall and the water that I am holding splash on the dress that she wears. She screams out loud, that my ears were so damn hurts. I stand up, and look at her ‘Sorry? Genny?’ me. She is about to slap me but my foot is faster than hers. So definitely she sits back on her chair. ‘You’re a fricking bitch.’ I said before living her, the guy that Genny meets was so surprise to what I have done. I look at him and said, ‘She doesn’t love you she’s just playing at you.’ and I left them with their jaw drop. I went to our table and the food is ready to eat now. I pick my burger and eat, while eating sir said, ‘Where did you learn to do that to an adult?’ ‘A lot of cd’s in our house have that kind of scene.’ Me. I was just being honest. ‘Haven’t I told you to not be with the fights of adults.’ Sir. ‘Oh, sorry you didn’t remind me that she is an adult.’ Me. He just shakes his head and look at Genny but they left a while ago.

I finished to eat my burger and we left the food section. I know I should not do that to Genny but being a b***h is being a witch. And she is a witch and I am a b***h, but I’m not a witch like her, I’m a good one. I care a, lot to the people who surround me, he who protects me and if someone is hurt sorry the b***h is on the way. I will not let anyone hurt the people whom I care the most. I don’t want to lose again. I want to be fair in this world, even the world is so unfair. Yes, I’m just a kid but kids who love is the most valuable in this world. So, keep the kids love and you will be protected. Having this kind of mind set letting the witch to come closer to the b***h. I was about to get something on the jewelry section when I so a familiar face. It was the guy who killed my mom. I hold Lay hands and he look down on me, ‘Why?’ I pointed at the jewelry section and said, ‘It was him.’ He looks unto the jewelry shop and look at where I point. ‘The man with a cap.’ I was so scared right now, the feeling that I want to forget came back in just a flip. Sir called chief, to report that I saw the one who killed my mom. After ten minutes they came. Chief entered the shop and ask the guy he was about to run but he was caught immediately. Chief came to see me, but I can’t say a word. I am about to cry when Lay carry me and hug me. ‘Everything will be fine baby.’ He said. A tears scape in my eyes, I cry silently in the shoulder of brother.

After the incident we go home. The things that we bought will be deliver by the delivery boy, as Lay said. I am now in my room holding my family picture. ‘Mom, dad, can you hear me. I miss you so much, the guy who killed you was been caught earlier the justice for you will be given. Mom, I hope you will always guide me and protect me. I have no one to share everything like we do. I am turning twelve and it was my first birthday that you are not here to celebrate with me. Dad, Chief is so kind and loving he brings me home in his own house and act like you. Dad, I will find the person who did that to you but please help me to do so.’ Me, speaking to the picture of mom and dad. I was so lonely this time. But I’m so thankful that Lay is here to go with the flow with me.

‘Tok, Tok, Tok,’ knocking on the door. ‘Come in.’ me. Lay came inside my room and talk to me, like everyday that he does. ‘Let’s go to my room I have something to give you.’ Lay. We walk in to his room and I sit on the edge of his bed. He went to his table and open the cabinet and he get something inside. ‘Close your eyes baby.’ He said. I am a good girl so I close my eyes. I feel that he is coming near me he put something in my neck and I knew it was a necklace. ‘You can now open your eyes baby.’ Lay. When I open my eyes, I look at the necklace, it was so beautiful. I stand up and hug Lay. ‘Thank you.’ I whisper in the wind. ‘You’re welcome baby.’ He replied. I loosen my hug and he kneel down to be leveled with me. He holds my head with both of his hands and kiss my forehead. ‘Take care of this necklace, that was given by mom before she left.’ He said. ‘But why are you giving it to me when it was given by your mom?’ it was me. ‘You are my and dad’s baby, that is why I am giving it to you.’ He replied. I smile at him and hug him. ‘You will always be.’ He added. I am so happy to have him and chief in my life. They become my family when my mom and dad left this world.

I was in the middle of playing games in my phone when, someone called my name outside the house. I open the window and it was Chief. ‘Come down, baby to have our dinner.’ I walk out to my room and go out side the house. ‘How are you feeling now?’ Chief ask. ‘I’m going to be fine Chief.’ I answered. ‘Where is brother?’ I asked. ‘He is preparing your ice cream.’ He replied. I just nod my head. While waiting for him I asked Chief, ‘Did brother introduce Genny to you?’ ‘Yes, it was been a year when they started dating.’ He replied. ‘But, earlier Genny dumb brother.’ I shared. ‘What happen next?’ ‘I did something good I fake my fall on the floor and the water that I am holding was pour on her dress.’ I rely. Chief laugh at may story. ‘How could you do that?’ he asked. ‘When I was in our house me and Xam always watch something like that.’ I answered. ‘Don’t do that again, let them solve their own problem, they are adult and they know how to handle it. okay?’ chief said. ‘Yes, Chief.’ I replied. I return inside to see what brother take so long to prepare ice cream. ‘Hey, are you done?’ I asked.

‘Yes, baby I’m coming.’ He replied. I walk back outside to wait for him. It didn’t take, so long and he came out. ‘Okay, let’s eat now.’ We eat our dinner with a smile in our face, because when we eat with a lonely face the food will not be delicious. ‘The person that you saw, was the one who killed your mom. He admitted what he has done. And now they filed him a case of murder.’ Chief said. ‘Did he tell you why he has done that to my mom?’ I asked. ‘He was an ex of your mom.’ Chief answered. I keep silent after hearing it. I eat my ice cream and go to living room. I just stare at nowhere. Every time I’m thinking of what happen my brain is out of nowhere that makes me look so miserable with my face.

I return to my room and get my book and read. Our test will be on Monday so I need to at least read something before the test. And after our test it will be my birthday party. I look at the clock and it is already seven in the evening. So, I read my book until I finish the part that we have learn. I get the other book and read again until I didn’t notice that chief is inside my room. ‘Baby, you need to sleep now it’s already nine in the evening.’ He said. I look at him and said, ‘Yes, chief, good night.’ I replied. He kissed me in my forehead and leave. I close my book and walk to my bed. I was about to sleep when Sir, came inside, ‘Hey, baby you’re sleepy now?’ he asked. ‘Not yet, can you sing me a song?’ I replied. ‘Sure, baby.’ He came to my bed and lay down beside me. He starts to sing Right here waiting for you.

He finished singing it for me. I hug him until I fallen asleep.

Looking at her face makes me smile, she is so young to go through all of this. When she fallen asleep, she is an angel but when she is awake, she is a little devil. I always sing at her every night until she falls asleep. I always stay by her side until one in the morning, she is suffering on a nightmare that makes me stay in her room. She may cry or shout every time, but when I hug her, she stops. I did not notice that I fallen asleep in her room until the morning sun rise. I wake up and look at my baby, she is still sleeping. I kiss her forehead before living her. I went to dinning room to drink some water. And prepare the food of my baby and dad. I finished preparing the food and I went to dad’s room. ‘Dad the food is ready.’ After I called him. I went upstairs to awake my baby. I slowly open the door and get inside. ‘Baby, wake up the food is ready.’ She opens her small eyes and smile at me. ‘Okay, I will just brush my teeth.’ She replied. ‘Okay, stand up and you prepare, I and dad will be waiting for you.’ I said. She stands up and go inside the comfort room to prepare herself. I walk out on her room and go downstairs. ‘Is she awake?’ Dad asked. ‘Yes, she is. She is just preparing herself.’ I replied. We just waited for her to come down. And she did so we eat our meal. And it is Sunday today so we will be just staying in the house playing with this baby.
