At the shop, I parked my bike and headed inside. I made sure that everything was ok through the shop and then went to the break room. I sat down and ate my lunch, and then I got back to work. The rest of the day went by pretty fast. I was working until late tonight before I looked up. Tonight we were open until ten. Usually, we're only open until six on weekdays. On weekends, we're open from noon until midnight.
I just finished up a walk-in tattoo and was ready to lock the doors. After this last customer paid, I locked the register and watched them walk out. I just emptied the till and put most of the money in the safe about an hour earlier. So right now, there are only a couple of hundred dollars in it.
