I stood in the doorway and watched as the guys left. Once I couldn't see the lights on their bikes anymore, I went into the house and shut the door. Thankfully, my brother had helped me with the animals before he left, so I didn't have to check on them.
After locking the door, I grabbed my laptop bag and headed into the office that Dad set up for me. I needed to get a little bit of work done and check in. I still only had my nubbins on, but it wouldn't make a difference once I sat down at the desk. No one would be able to even tell.
