After a quiet night of sitting at home with Rex and Tulip, spending time with our girl and watching movies, we went to bed around ten. I was worried about Shadow, but I knew that he could take care of himself. When I woke up the next morning, I had a text from him telling me that he had made it back to the clubhouse and was going to get some sleep there.
I had to get up early for work, since I had someone coming in early to start a long back piece. So after a quick shower, I got dressed and let Rex and Tulip know that I was taking off.
