The sun had set over the city of Paris, casting a warm orange glow over Lady Gaga's mansion. Lady Gaga, a woman in her early 40s, walked down the stairs, dressed in a black outfit that accentuated her curves. She looked dangerous and fearful, her eyes gleaming with intensity as she moved her fingers through her hair.
As she entered the living room, her PA, Lily, followed closely behind, carrying a suitcase and a file. "Lily, how are my kittens?" Lady Gaga asked, her voice husky and confident.
Lily bowed, a smile on her face. "They're doing fine, ma'am," she replied, her voice respectful.
Lady Gaga raised an eyebrow, her eyes narrowing slightly. "You sure?" she asked, her voice laced with a hint of warning. She wasn't a woman to be trifled with, especially when it came to her children.
Lily nodded hastily. "Absolutely, ma'am. I sent them their allowances as always," she said, her voice steady.
Lady Gaga nodded, seeming to accept Lily's answer. "Good then. To the spa it is!" she exclaimed, her voice ringing out as she walked towards the door.
As she exited the mansion, Lady Gaga was greeted by her bodyguard, who opened the car door for her with a bow. She slid into the car, her movements fluid and confident, and the door closed behind her with a soft thud.

Meanwhile, in Australia, Kate was enjoying a relaxing afternoon by the poolside. She was sitting on the edge of the pool, her legs dangling in the water, and her attention was focused on her phone. Suddenly, a tickle came out of nowhere, and Kate jumped into the water, screaming in surprise.
A loud laughter echoed through the air, and Kate's eyes snapped up to meet Kane's amused face. "Man, you scared the crap out of me!" she exclaimed, her heart still racing from the shock.
Kane chuckled, his eyes gleaming with amusement. "You're always fierce, who knew the almighty could fall?" he teased, placing a towel around her neck and back to keep her warm.
Kate rolled her eyes, trying to play it cool despite the flush rising to her cheeks. "Really, you know it's not funny, don't you?" she said, trying to sound fierce.
Kane moved closer to her, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "Is the effort for me?" he asked, his voice low and teasing.
Kate moved back, her eyes darting around the area. "Not again, dude," she said, her voice firm.
But Kane was relentless, and he chased her around the living room, their laughter and shouts filling the air. Finally, they collapsed onto the couch, exhausted and giggling.
As they caught their breath, Kane turned serious. "Kids will always be scared, just know it and know...?" he said, his voice trailing off.
Kate finished the sentence for him, her voice soft. "Whatever."
Kane smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "You are just too shy to accept it, doll," he said, his voice teasing.
Kate rolled her eyes, but a small smile played on her lips. "You're wrong, pookie," she said, her voice firm.
As they sat there, Kate's thoughts turned to her parents, and her expression softened. "Mom sent us our fee, did you see it?" she asked Kane, her voice concerned.
Kane nodded, his eyes understanding. "You good?" he asked, seeing the worry etched on her face.
Kate shook her head, and Kane pulled her into a hug. "I know you miss them, and I do too," he said, his voice soft. "But we can't do anything about it. They're trying all they can to make us happy. Let's appreciate what we have and enjoy the time we have with each other."
Kate nodded, feeling a lump form in her throat. She knew Kane was right, but it was hard to accept that her parents were never around.
As they sat there, Kate's phone alarm went off, signaling the start of her favorite TV show. Kane smiled, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "It's time to watch your favorite TV show, darling. I won't mind watching it with you."
Kate sighed, rolling her eyes. "Huh... You're a wrong person to watch movies with. Go play games, Manny."
Kane chuckled, getting up from the couch. "Whatever," he said, grabbing his car keys. "I'll be back, chicka."
As he left the mansion, Kate couldn't help but feel grateful for her twin brother. He might be annoying at times, but he was always there for her, and she knew she could count on him no matter what.
