Chapter Twenty Aloha stood in the window of her bedroom gazing over the sunlit weed- infested backyard. What grass hadn’t been chocked out by dandelions, crabgrass, and chickweed had gone to seed. One day she’d cut and weed the yard, but not today. Today she had reports to finish. Her mind was fresh and alert from a good nights sleep, and she’d even done a load of laundry.
