“And just what are you doing here?” Michael asked with a tilt of his head.
Alicia placed a hand on her chest. “I was looking for Kat.”
“I’m afraid Kat has been gone since last night.” Michael said then smiled and extended his hand. “Where are my manners? I’m Michael.”
Alicia almost reached out to shake his hand when she saw the barest hint of fangs in his smile. Trying to hide it, she slowly inhaled then raised an eyebrow in confusion. He smelled good but she would bet money that she was right about this.
“You’re a vampire?” Alicia asked while backing away.
