Chapter 9 - Interrogations and Confessions

As Alice and Thibaut were separated and taken into police custody, a sense of bewilderment and dread settled over Alice like a heavy fog. She found herself in a sterile, dimly lit room, with cold, unforgiving metal chairs and a table at its center. It was the kind of room where secrets were extracted and confessions were coerced.
