First Day Of School

7:56am, a class was in their classroom.
They were the first class amongst the first years, purely based on their middle school results. On the first day of school, none of them knew each other and were all quite reluctant to speak. They silently awaited the teacher, looking around at the other students. There were some who stood out, perhaps more than was needed. The mood was tense and silent, too tense, too quiet.
7:58am, someone burst into the classroom.
