It’s hard to predict how Mother will feel when being around her. She can turn furious in the very last situation one will expect, all while still maintaining a vibrant front when in the presence of guests.
It’s hard to stay mad or cautious around her, especially when she’s smiling so charmingly like this. It makes my heart feel warm, happy and loved. If sunlight is harmless to us, then she’ll be the living depiction of it —as long as she stays pleasant.
I rather admire her skills in acting, no matter how disadvantaged I feel at times when around her. I’m sure Father shares the same sentiments, as he has been with her longest.
