I blink and the world disorientate under my feet. Suddenly I’m back to where I was standing just a moment ago, with Gwi wrapping his arms around me. My face is leaning over his chest, I just notice.
“Are you okay? Your eyes were glowing for a few seconds,” he asks, checking my pulse to see if I’m alright. I relax almost instantly when his hand touches my neck.
“Yeah, I just saw something, but I’m not sure why. I’ve never experienced anything like it before,” I confess. “It doesn’t feel like a memory. More like I’m just suddenly someplace else.”
“Never experienced it before, huh? Could it be… a sight-sharing?”
