The parking lot contained about a dozen vehicles. Chelsea parked close to the group and checked her watch. It read 6:55 p.m. The meeting was at 7:00 p.m. She stepped out of the car and checked out the building she was about to enter. It was a union hall, closed for the day. That meant the occupants of the parked vehicles were all there for the same reason she was. She took a deep breath and headed to the door. She entered the hallway to find a set of stairs, and she climbed them slowly. At the top, an open conference room sat on the left. She hesitated for a moment, threw her head back and walked into the room.
