Taking the brand management course at the managerial academy had been oNe of the best decision she had ever made. she has a degree in advertisement and she had visioned that she will take a job in the heart of the city where all the advertising companies are located, but thanks to the extra course, things had turned out differently. she had done well at the academy and was interviewed for the chariot advertising agency.and so far she has been very productive and had added big client to the company

here she is today presenting a new advertisement campaign for her newly gained clients .they are all gathered in the conference room for the presentation and the MD has this broad smile on his face. just when the meeting has come to an end, the MD called for everyone's attention. I got a call from the manager of medees limited. Oli held her breath, medees limited is one of the big shot account she had been able to sign because of her classmates in high school. ladies and gentlemen, we just signed ourselves another big client all thanks to the wonders of our dear Olivia king!!

everyone cheered and congratulated oli on one among her many achievement. her best friend winked at her while her colleagues went for a handshake and she received them all with her beautiful smile. the MD asked her to see him in his office and she wandered what could possibly want to discuss when there was nothing to discuss privately..she sat there in the MD's office while steering at the perfect family picture standing in the MD's desk and thought of how beautiful they look. a husband, wife, son and a daughter dressed nicely. She thought of when she will be able to get married and have such a perfect family and then the remembered she doesn't even have a man in her life talk more of a husband and kids. she was all set and waiting for the Mr right but it seem he is taking his time to show up. at 28 she was not desperate but she feels lonely and left out of relationship world. her last boyfriend happened to be a handsome pilot nice and so caring that she thought, oh, this is it. but that happened to be the only good thing about him. soon she got to know that he was cheating and had slept with every sing female mutual friend they had in common, she was so disappointed and ashamed that she avoided anyone that knew them together. but that was 2 years ago, she deserves to be happy she, she deserves a good and a decent man who will sweep her off her feet and give her the perfect family she so desires. her mind drifted to the man at the gate that morning. Oli had ran out to check up on him after the had settled in at the office but there was no sign of him l. at first she thought he was a new employee but no one had been introduced at the meeting earlier on. she was happy for the fact that she got a job and had to Leave home because she couldn't possibly cope with her mum asking her for a son-in-law so that she could start having Grand children for her. the MD spent over an hour telling her about his adventurous childhood. all the while her mind was wondering until the MD asked her how prepared she was for the campaign presentation. she was ever ready to make her company proud and tall.

Olivia was sitting on the counter with her friend Stephanie drink coffee.

"have you seen him"? Steph asked Oli

Oli knew Steph was talking about the hunk so she ignored her friend and ordered for salad and thought to herself. she needed a holiday. she needed time for herself. she loved her job and the may is not bad but it was getting boren because if the weekly routine and lack of romance in her life. she thought about how great it will be to spend the rest of her life with the good looking man she saw outside her office today. they would have beautiful children, no doubt he was the MD's friend. that would mean he is Rich so they'll be comfortable. she was angry with herself for not able to talk to him at least to get his name or something. he on the other hand didn't make an attempt to get her cellphone number.so she thought either he is in a relationship, engaged or maybe even married. the last thing she needed right now was to get entangled in a messy relationship.she would focus on work until she found herself a man of her own.

she was trolling out of the cinema with her drink dangling from her fingers.she had just seen cruella and had enjoyed the suspense in the movie. every moment spent in the cinema is definitely worth it. she strolled round the mall, trying to decide weather to buy a few things or go home. she finally decided on the former. she took a basket, walled around, stopping at the toiletries aisle. she picked a bottle of lotion and read the label. a middle aged woman was trying to maneuver a trolley right in front of her. oliv took few steps back and bumped into someone behind her. she turned around quickly and saw a man standing, her back turned to her"oh, I'm so sorry" she said. "it's alright" the man said as he turned around to face her. oh! she said with shock evident on her face. it took few seconds for her to put her emotions in check and adjust her features. he was the same guy she had seen last week at her office. after moment of silence, she smiled.

he raised his eyebrows, smiled and nodded in acknowledgement before saying "hello". he was more casually dressed than he had the other day. from his neat black leather loafers and the quality of his red cotton shirt and blue jeans, it was clear he knew how to look good effortlessly.

trying to calm the butterflies dancing in her tummy, he put a box of toothpaste into his basket and moved to the counter. she peeked into his basket trying to get an idea of his life. ladies lotion, cosmetic, nappies,baby oil... none. all he had was some hair cream, aftershave,razor pack and shoe polish. she went out to the checkout, not far behind him in the queue , fantasing about taking his soft lips in hers. they look soft. armed with her shopping bag she tenderd her receipt to the security guard the door. he tore it into half and as she reached out to collect it, one of her carrier bags dropped.

"you need help with that"? it was the hunk again. "no, I'm good, thanks" Oli said. she picked up the shopping bag and stepped aside

" I know this sounds very lame, but I believe I've seen you some where before. pardon my poor memory. my name is Jason" he said stretching out his hand. "Olivia" she took his strong hand. "I'm sorry id I sound too familiar but you look like someone i saw outside my office last Monday" Oli said. they were walking along the hallway of the shopping mall towards the main entrance. she stole glances at him, his face scrowled into a thoughtful frown, as if he was trying to remember something .

"oh,yes" he said smiling,a full fledged smile this time, showing is perfect Pearly whites teeth. "it was you!in your car? in the office of David Bricks"? his voice has a bit of teasing,

"yes it was" she said smiling too. ok, she must have looked like a rat, sneaking out of her car the other day. "I hope you weren't cought"? " "luckily, I was... before she could complete the sentence, he reached out with his left hand pulled her towards him. she gasped as she slammed into his chest, narrowly missing being runover by a child riding a shopping trolley. the boy muttered a "sorry".

are you ok?? Jason asked. oh , thank you, olo said. she must have been in his arm for ten seconds. when they finally pulled apart, she wished the little boy would turn around in his trolley and send her back into Jason's embrace. his smell was mainly and delicious, his grip was very firm. for the first time in a very long while she felt safe and she hoped he wouldn't disappear without arranging to see her again.

"would you like to get a drink"? " yes, I'm actually...." she trailed off and indicated the entrance of the restaurant where they had stopped. " oh, Chinese"? he frowned slightly before shaking his head. " you'll have to count me out"

"I'd like to see you again though. please may I have your number"?? they exchanged phones, punched in their numbers.

" it was nice seeing you again" Jason said. she c****d her brow this time and smiled, nodded her head and walked into the restaurant.

just as she sat down, her phone rang. it was Jason." I just wanted to be sure I have the right number. I would hate to loose you again"

Olivia couldn't help but to blush but said " well, let's see".
