There's a something which keeps the want of seeing him burning like a candle in Ameerah's heart. Even though their encounter was not that long she still misses him like she finally found the thing she wanted the most, but lost it again without even having it. It's been three years and she's been waiting but now she felt like she's a burden to him. Till she was here, she mastered her running speed and more active fight moves. She's been lonely since years. Ameerah felt attached to the place but that place reminded her of his charity on her, and him not coming back. I have waited enough. She thought. Today, she's leaving, its snowing heavily at nights those days. And she'll leave in the morning, by night, her footsteps will be gone with the snow covering up for her. She's grown up to like the place, because if its closeness to nature. The flowers dont let her forget. Now she rarely remembers what he looked like, just his eyes and his hair color, dark brown, and his silhouette remains in her mind.
She packed up her bags and put her baggage on the carriage she bought last year when she again sneaked into the village. His cloak is still with her. Ameerah decided on leaving it there, as it will remind her of him.
She attached the horse to the carriage and closed the windows and doors of the cottage. Once again, she went back to see the backyard and her favourite riverfront.
Getting up on the carriage, she made her way with Majestic into the woods, leaving the hopes and disappointment there in the cottage. As the snow fell, it covered here footsteps, promising to take revenge of her waiting, not letting the person know where she went.
While earth was already 3 years older since he left, as at his home, it was just a time of 2 for 3 days. He was on his throne listening to his friends and the Moirais. Days ago, when he came in haste on Helius' call, he was worried about the happening to cause his bestfriend so eager, but upon his arrival, when he finally knew that they just called him in haste because they're worried and because of what the Moirais said, he was more then angry. He quietly listened to them, despite his anger and frustration. "That's it, you thought I'll be undergoing a calamity and called me. Before anything of that sort happens, I'll handle it. I thought the heavens were ending the way you called" he had said. But soon calmed down, as he knew his behavior was also not right, and his friends were just worried.
He had many things to look after, but not once was there a second when he didn't thought about the human. Ameerah. He knew years would have been gone since his arrival at his home, but his responsibilities didnt allow him to stay on earth that much. As much as he was interested in just watching, his curiosity was at peak when he was with her, trying to find out what actually she was, what her next action was, what she was thinking. He's never felt such attraction to anybody, that too a human. One more reason, he let himself be here. He knew he can't have any emotions for a human. But his intrigued heart was more in control since he met her. Completing all his duties, and making sure everything was set for the whole month, he called off the meeting with his courtiers. Making sure he was not needed, for the first time, he wanted to be free and full of time.
"You all may leave now" he said addressing to his court and left his throne. Walking back to his quarters, he felt something. He's felt that, everytime she sneaked out of the enchantment he left on, in the forest to safeguard her. That piece of land was actually a tiny part of his land here in the heavens. He once set it up in ease and leisure, now it came as a boon to him. This time something was different. Majectic was with her, but her leaving the forest was with different emotions. The enchantment could sense the emotions and vibes coming off a person to warn about danger. He stopped. Was she leaving the place? He thought. But it was to keep her safe, why would she leave it. Isn't that what she wanted, peace? Women were hard to understand, be it deities or human, he thought.
He quickly went to his personal portal and transcended to earth. He reached the cottage and found it empty. Even though it was hard to keep track because of the time difference, he could still sense. But something got bothered inside him to find his place empty. He closed his eyes to trace his favorite animal, his childhood friend, Majestic. That horse was not a casual earthen horse but belonging to heaven. He had wings and he's a warrior horse, having an armour of his own. With him being by her side, trouble won't be able to catch her. But when he traced him, he found him at a stable. Annoyed and tired. What Majestic hated the most. My lord, she left, I failed to do my duty, she left me here, promising to come back, in exchange to save a little girl. Majectic said when he sensed his master's presence in his mind. Being a heavenly warrior horse, came with works. Majectic, for Ameerah was a simple adorable horse, but actually was more than just that.
Ezekiel hummed in response and transported himself to that stable. He bought his horse back from the stable owner, the owner was happy with the amount he received. He got up on Majestic and told him to trace her. After a while they reached they reached a small shack, where he could sense her soul. It was night and around 10 to 15 human surrounding it sitting by a bonfire. Ezekiel knew he couldn't use his powers, so he chose to fight them with his bare hands. He was about to step ahead to invite them for fight when he heard one of them speaking, "I made the right decision when I thought of having you as my bride. You have grown to be a beauty Ameerah. Should I take you right now, they'll look away." He laughed and his mates joined him, at his nasty thoughts. This triggered Ezekiel's anger. He came directly towards that man, who seemed to be the head of the group, and caught him by throat. Everyone shocked at what happened. The tribesmen stood up and positioned their weapons towards him.
My lord, its earthen land. He controlled himself on listening to Majestic's voice and let the man fall on the ground. The head man coughed rapidly, afraid to make a move, rest of them took a step back. Ezekiel moved inside the shack to find two girls laying out of conciousness.
He figured out that one of them must be the girl, Ameerah exchanged Majestic for. He whistled and Majestic came. He picked up Ameerah and put her on the back of the horse. He then picked the little human girl in his hands, hugging her to his chest, like holding a baby. He started leaving the place. Thinking that Ezekiel's guard was down, the tribesmen attacked him, this made Ezekiel's control loosen and he used his powers, like a push of wind, all the men felled back on the ground. Fear and horror developed in them. They ran away as soon as they got up on their foot.
Ezekiel quietly moves ahead in the forest. When he was sure, no one was around, he summoned a carriage. Attaching it with Majestic, he placed Ameerah and the little girl inside and sat out of the carriage. Holding the reign of the horse, he sped towards his cottage.
By the time they reached the cottage, the little girl was already awake, who told her name was Peony. He took her to the small room and told her to sleep after feeding her. She, like an obedient child, warmly smiled and went to bed.
Till this time, Ameerah was still laying in the carriage. Ezekiel thought that as a punishment but his hard demeanor passe away as soon as his eyes fell on her, laying peacefully, like she hadn't been kidn*pped hours ago and was about be taken back to her feared tribe. He picked her up in a bridal style and took her in the master bedroom. He layed her down softly, removing the hair which fell on her face. Placing the duvet on her, he sat by her side in the bed and said, "Oh Mir, why did you leave? Eh ? Why does trouble always finds you and why do I always crave to find you and hate to leave you? Just an interaction if mere days and you have influenced me in such ways. May heavens have mercy on me!"
