No magic here

this is hell

over the past week I have learned my main duties are cleaning my brother's bedrooms kitchen living room bathroom and cooking so everything I do not get paid I get to live in the shack out back as payment I also learned that I do have magic I was crying the one day not sure what was going on and it started raining not a coincidence obviously apparently I can control the water element and then I was cold one day and I was thinking of Fire and being warm and i caught my hole little shack of fire and i used my water magic to put it out i am cooking for this family right now which is alot harder then it sounds 12 people in total ugh i hate this there is no t.vs or phones here its like the 1800s with magic i found a book in the attic about magic today i hide in my shack i want to read it today i am almost done the food is done and i set the table already so nothing else to do but put the food on it and head to my shack for the night hopefully there are left overs in the morning last time i was busted trying to steal food they broke 2 of my fingers only sam tried to stop them as i am almost done they start to walk in and my father looks at me with a smile on his face and tells me to sit down and eat with them tonight he has something he needs to tell me oh this cant be good so i sit down and wait for him to start talking i have learned obeying is the best way to not anger him He looks at me and tells me he has seen me use my water magic and so has the king so he has no choice but to place me in the Academy 4 all magical beings he tells me that he will not pay for none of my meals or room and board that I should get used to living in a box that water magic is one of the weakest of them all and that at least all of my brothers have fire Magic I have also learned through last week that usually witches and warlocks like my family only have one element they can use at will so for me to find out I have to it was very exciting but I also feel that I should probably keep this information to myself for now I look at my father and I tell him okay I understand he then proceeded to tell me that the Dragon King will be paying for me and as forward payment I am to work for him at the Academy which apparently is his Palace I have never seen anybody leave this place since I've been here I wonder if they have cars here or do they just that was over there I was lost in thought then I heard my father say that I will be leaving tomorrow to pack my things I am starting to have a panic attack because only thing I want to do is go home even if in my world home is death for me I don't know what to do but if I disagree there will be punishment so I start to get up and walk to my shack start to read the book that I found in the Attic and it reads as such to understand magic you need to understand at these are gifts from the gods and we must praise them for their blessings after about the first paragraph or two I start skimming through the book that I felt an interesting chapter it's about some sort of Prophecy apparently there will be a person to come from a Faraway land that's when the world war shall begin this person possess all four elements can be the strongest witch or warlock in the world she will become the queen interesting it continues to go and says or she can bring Doom to us all she will have three true love they will be called her mate one of Dragon Blood one of Wolfblood and one of vampire blood and together they will have a baby that will possess Powers Beyond anybody's imagination or you could take to just have one mate and reject the all interesting prophecy about this world apparently says about water magic apparently if you possess water magic you can also freeze and unfreeze water which is obvious the more I think about it I don't understand why I didn't think about that begin with and I start to think about Frozen sword flames and it just appears in my hand and then I think about it disappearing and it is gone so I guess that's how that works apparently this book's more useful than what I thought start thinking about the academy if that's all there is and why do I even need to go what does anybody need to go really if that's all there is I drift to sleep with that thought the next morning I wake up father is slamming on my door yelling let's go I get up wash my face off change my clothes and head out the door what's my little suitcase that I packed last night and apparently we go portal well here goes nothing
